EDÀ by EDATECH

Every pupil practises the right thing next

EDÀ gives secondary schools in Nigeria a question bank checked by teachers, a study plan for each pupil, an AI tutor with sensible limits, and reports that parents can read.

Built for the Nigerian secondary curriculum, JSS1 to SSS3. Live in schools since September 2026.

Who it is for

One platform, four views of the same classroom

Pupils, teachers, parents and school leaders each sign in to their own portal. The work a pupil does feeds the view every other person sees.

Pupils
  • Quizzes in every subject, from a question bank checked by teachers before a pupil sees it.
  • A personalised learning plan that says what to study next and why.
  • Eddey, an AI tutor that guides rather than tells, plus games, leagues and achievements.
Teachers
  • A class heatmap on one screen, and each pupil’s quiz history underneath it.
  • Set a quiz, a game or an exam paper for a class in minutes.
  • Lesson plans drafted from the scheme of work, reviewed and saved by the teacher.
Parents
  • A family dashboard, one child at a time: progress, this week’s topics, recent quizzes.
  • Reports with a written summary and a PDF to keep.
  • An email when a child’s wellbeing signal changes, with what it means in plain words.
School leaders
  • Set the school up in six steps; licence codes and printable registration cards do the rest.
  • Reports for every pupil in the school, generated when you choose.
  • Branding, billing and people in one place. Each school sees only its own data.

What is behind it

Built on content that has been checked, not generated on the fly

35,000+

questions, each approved by a person before a pupil sees it

4,500+

learning objectives mapped to the Nigerian secondary curriculum

JSS1 to SSS3

the full secondary range, from junior to senior

22

learning games built on the same question bank

31

narrated video guides, one for every part of the platform

The question bank is reviewed by teachers, and the difficulty of each question is measured from how pupils actually answer it. Every school that joins makes the picture sharper.

Getting started

From first call to first quiz in a week

Schools join by invitation. There is no open sign-up, so every account on the platform belongs to a school we know.

  1. 1

    Book a demo

We show you the platform with your own subjects and year groups, and answer the questions your teachers will ask.

  2. 2

    Accept the invitation

Your school leader receives a link and fills in a six-step form: classes, school details, headcount, plan and branding. It takes about twenty minutes.

  3. 3

    Hand out the codes

The platform creates a licence code for every teacher and pupil, with printable registration cards. Each pupil card carries a paired code for a parent.

  4. 4

    Everyone registers

Teachers and pupils register with their code; parents register with theirs once their child has. No email invitations, no spreadsheets.

  5. 5

    Start with a trial

The school begins on a thirty-day trial of the plan it chose, with the question bank already loaded for every subject it teaches.

Trust and safety

Built to be trusted with pupils

Checked content

A pupil only ever sees a question a person has approved. Nothing is generated into a quiz on the fly.

Each school sees its own data

Every page checks who is asking. A school sees only its pupils, a parent only their own children, a pupil only their own work.

AI with limits

Every AI feature has a monthly allowance per person and a daily limit per school, and one switch turns all of it off at once.

Less sent to the AI

Email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers are removed before anything reaches the AI, and tutoring chats replace a pupil’s name with a placeholder.

Hosted in the EU, backed up hourly

The platform runs on Amazon Web Services in Europe, with hourly database backups and the ability to restore to any point in the last seven days.

Verified adults

Teachers and parents verify their email address before they can act on the platform. Pupils sign in with a username their school gives them.
